Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was great with easy access to the waterway and restaurants, the rooms felt a bit dated and in need of updating. The service, especially from Andrew, was exceptional and made us feel welcomed and valued. However, the dining options were limited, and the hotel was far from downtown Houston.
My stay at this hotel was just shy of $300.00 with additional items, making the total cost over $400.00. The location was perfect for the concert we attended at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super nice, especially Andrew, who went above and beyond to ensure a top-notch experience. The hotel's location couldn't be beat for exploring The Woodlands area, offering a nice place to unwind. The dining experience was average, mainly due to the limited breakfast options provided. Overall, a pleasant stay but a bit on the pricier side.
My stay at the hotel was just shy of $300.00 with additional items, costing over $400.00, which felt a bit pricey. I stayed in a corner suite that was very clean and included a Keurig for making single-serve coffee, which was a nice touch. The room temperature was set at 68 degrees but felt more like the mid-70s, which was a bit warm for my liking.
